RADIANT MATTER AR EXPERIENCE

 

Radiant Matter premiered in Marseille in Autumn 2021. We invited visitors into a small adventure: recover knowledge artefacts by following clues and tackling challenges scattered through the exhibition.

The story opens in three acts : first you discover the science, then you experience the research, then you imagine possible futures,  and a cast of characters (helped by an ‘AI’ guide) shepherds the journey.

 

People step into augmented reality portals to unlock videos, images and messages, choosing how deep they want to go without ever feeling overloaded. Built with care for user experience (Unity3D / ARFoundation) and designed for mobile, the app turns static displays into layered narratives that keep the human encounter at the centre. For me, Radiant Matter was another lesson : technology  adds meaning only when it helps people stay curious and connected.
